Description

QXP tangential flow pump is a kind of single-stage single-suction tangent pump with small flow rate and high head. It is especially designed for the fluids with solid medium and which are easy to wear.

QXP tangential pump can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, 20 alloy steel, hastelloy and  special alloys according to the requirements of the conveying medium.

QXP tangential chemical pump has the special design. When the flow deviates from the design point, the impeller and pump shaft do not exist the role of unbalanced radial force to ensure the stable operation of the pump and long bearing life.

Impeller for QXP tangential pump is fully open type and At the same time it adopts appropriate mechanical seal and other seals to run without leakage and have good sealing performance.

Application:

When QXP tangential flow pump changes from zero flow to the design flow, the pump lifts to a constant value. The pump is particularly suited to use with the nozzle occasions and also meet the requirements for a variety of other pump adjusting characteristics. The pump is not sensitive to the impeller and the pump cover before and after clearance, when the gap becomes bigger due to friction, corrosion, the performance of the pump can keep not been changed.

QXP tangent flow pump can also use frequency conversion governor control speed adjustment and performance adjustment is convenient. The pump can be connected to the computer with the pump computer control and has convenient operation.
