Description

PWDDFL multi-suction sewage pump adopts single (double)flow channel and single (double)blades structure for not clogging and no leakage. The pump has compact structure, small volume, smooth operation and little vibration , high efficiency and easy installation and operation. PWDDF multi-suction sewage pump is widely used to transfer the wastewater or waste liquids with solid particles.

Features:

1.       Multiple suction heads: each pump has 4 suction heads which are distributed in the center and corner of pump.

2.       With stirring (agitator device): A agitator is installed at the lower part of the main suction head and it can stir up the sediment in the pump pit and effectively prevent the suction head from being blocked.

3.       With metal reamer. The metal reamer is installed on the upper part of the mixing wheel which can used to grind the fiber materials in sewage such as gloves, rags and plastics etc and effectively preventing the water suction head from being blocked.

4.       The pump does not need to be fixed. The main suction head is as suction head and the frame of the pump. Just put the pump in the pump pit to join the outlet pipe.

PWDDFL Vertical multi-suction sewage pump is composed of vertical motor and pump body. The pump is for double suction centrifugal impurity pump and impeller is open type. The flow parts can be cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel etc material.
