YQB series liquid petroleum gas pumps are mainly used to transport liquefied petroleum gas and propylene and liquid ammonia etc and are also suitable for drainage, irrigation and transportation of volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties. Working principle:

YQB pump is for the positive displacement vane pump, the working on vane centrifugal slide. Pump flow is associated with the rotation speed of shaft. The stator surface is for composite curve and stator and rotor, baffle, vane etc consist of ten sealed cavities. As the rotor turns, The volume into pump inlet cavity increases gradually and forms the negative pressure and appear suction force and then suck oil. When the rotor rotates at a certain Angle and the volume cross section gradually decreases so that the oil hydraulic pressure is out. An oil block separate the oil absorption cavity from the oil pressure cavity. The vane is close to the stator inner surface by centrifugal force and two-baffle structure, which makes the pump work normally under rated state.
