QSZ,QSH submersible axial flow pump and mixed flow pump

QSZ submersible axial-flow pump, QSH type submersible mixed flow pump are the new pumps improved by our company.  The motor driving the pump is dry completely enclosed submersible three-phase asynchronous motor. the pump and motor are connected by the shaft as the whole one. The pump can be underwater to work long term.

As the pump and motor are integrated and submerged into the water at the same time, there is no need to consume labor in the installation site. Time-consuming assembly process of machine and pump axis alignment makes on-site installation convenient and fast. Because the electric pump runs underwater, it can greatly simplify the civil structure of the pump station and reduce the installation area and save 30% to 40% of the total cost of the civil engineering of the pump station. 

The electric pump submerges into the water and runs to have low noise, good motor cooling conditions, no high temperature in the pump station, no noise interference and  improve the pump station working environment.

At the same time, the whole underground pumping station can be built according to the requirements to maintain the environment style of the ground. Easy to operate, flexible, can open and close the unit at any time, no need to lubricate the rubber bearing of water pump before starting up, easy to realize remote control and automatic control. Unit assembly and disassembly is convenient and easy to maintain. This unit is adopted to try to solve the flood control problem of the station along the river and in the lake area where the water level rises and falls greatly and completely which eliminates the long shaft between the pump and the motor and improves the operation safety and reliability.

The pump and motor is connected into one whole. At the same the pump works underwater long term and can have remote control. No need to build pump station. The pump is especially suitable fore emergency drought relief and flood drainage.

Operation conditions:

1. Power supply, 50Hz voltage 380V three-phase ac power supply

2. Water temperature shall not be higher than 40℃

3. The PH value of water should be within the range of 5.5-8.5

4, the electric pump must be completely submerged in the water, submerged depth shall not be less than 0.8 meters
