QBY Series pneumatic diaphragm pump
QBY Series pneumatic diaphragm pump is the new transport machine driven by compressed air for various corrosive liquids and liquids with solid grain and high viscosity and volatile and flammable and toxin liquids etc.
8 Specification of inlet and outlet diameter: φ10mm3/8''φ15mm1/2''φ25mm1''φ40mm11/2''φ50mm2''φ65mm21/2''φ80mm3''φ100mm4''.
4 materials of pump body: Aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel, engineering plastic.
Diaphragm materials: NBR, Neoprene, Fluorine plastic (Viton), Teflon(FEP/F46)/PTFE for different medium
Application fields: Petroleum, Chemical industry, electron, ceramic and weave etc

1. Self priming without drawing water(Suction height:5-7meters), Head:50m, Discharge pressure≥6kgf/c㎡
2. Max grain diameter: 10mm
3. Head and capacity can be adjusted by air valve (1-7kg/c㎡)
4. No rotors and shaft seal to insure no leakage.
5. Driver of pump is compressed air but not electricity. Safe to flammable and explosive condition.
6. It can be soaked in medium.
7. Convenient to use and operate the pump. Only need to open air valve. When pump overloads,pump can automatically stop.
8. Simple structure and less wearing parts.
9. It can transport the liquids which viscosity is below 10000 centipoise.
10. The pump need not lubricant oil. Even if idle , pump is not affected.
