Description

WLP/LWP vertical stainless steel sewage pump is mainly composed of shaft, bearing frame, pump cover, impeller, pump seat, motor bracket, motor and other components.  The pump is a vertical single stage single suction volute pump and the impeller adopts a double flow channel structure, which can pass the fluids with fiber diameter 5 times as pump diameter and the fluids with solid particles diameter 50% as the pump diameter. WLP/LWP Vertical stainless steel sewage pump is made of stainless steel material.

WLP/LWP Vertical sewage pump is for the energy saving, high efficiency and not clogging sewage pump. The pump adopts the unique single channel impeller and hard alloy mechanical seal device. Motor is separated by oil room.

Vertical stainless steel sewage pump features

1.safe and reliable, reduce maintenance costs: after balance check rotor parts and reasonable bearing arrangement effectively balanced the radial force and axial force of the pump, so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of the unit, and has a small vibration, low noise.

2, strong flow capacity: smooth large flow channel, special impeller anti-blocking design, to ensure the efficient operation of the pump without blocking.

3, double seal, double protection: double seal series configuration, double protection, motor safety.
