Description

FQW pneumatic submersible sewage pump is a new pump developed by our company. The pump uses coaxial connection between the rotor and the body, vertical structure and downward position. The pump has the features of compact structure, portability,easy assembly and disassembly and maintenance. The vortex of the pump body uses the hydraulic model of energy-saving and high efficiency and impeller is also specially designed to have the strong sewage discharge capacity of large flow rate and high head. The pump is widely applicable in any underground mines with gas or coal dust(dangerous explosive working conditions) for pumping water containing powder coal and sediment particles etc. The pump is safe and reliable and can effectively improve the air quality at site.

 

Mining pneumatic submersible sewage pump is mainly consists of three parts: pump body, air motor and flow parts.

1.       Pump body: it consists of upper and lower two cavities. Sea ring separates the gas and water in the middle. Seal ring uses a spring seal and it uses the steam and water pressure to drive high pressure steam and water respectively into the upper and lower two seals to make them expand. Thus the seal effect is enhanced.
2.       Air motor: It consists of rotor, turbine, upper and lower cylinders and bearings etc. It uses compressed air as the driving force to push the turbine in order to rotate the rotor with high speed.

3.       Flow parts: It consists of water turbine, pump cover, suction inlet and pump seat etc. The water turbine is installed on the rotor shaft of the shell in the lower shell cavity. The compressed air enter through the inlet, the rotation of the rotor drives the water turbine through which water is pumped into vortex of the shell under the centrifugal force and is discharged via pipe.
