DLY Vertical multistage submerged centrifugal pump

DWYK ,DLY multistage submerged centrifugal pump is a new type oil water transfer pump in oil fields. The pumps have the advantages of small area, convenient installation and operation and maintenance etc .The pumps can meet the needs of collecting oil and discharging oil and sewage.

Application:

The pumps are used to transport oil and oil-water mixture medium collected from oil Wells and oil stations. The pumps are used in the production plant, chemical plants, refineries and other units to transport all kinds of oil and the pumps can also be used to transport water and other liquids similar to water.

Flow range: 5 to 300m m3 / h

Head range: 15 to 300m

Viscosity range: 0 to 60cst. Liquids temperature: 0 to 200 degree Celsius

Features:

The pumps are vertical single-suction multistage sectional-type centrifugal pump, with the suction inlet of YDB pump at the bottom and vertically downward, and the discharge center is arranged horizontally.

The pumps have the characteristics of small volume, small area, low noise, no radial force produced when the radial guide vane is running, stable operation, high efficiency, and less exposed parts.

The pump is driven by an outdoor vertical explosion-proof motor mounted on the motor bracket and driven by a coupling.

The pump rotates counterclockwise from the motor end.

shaft sealing

The pump adopts the packing seal of low-pressure area shaft structure, safe and reliable, no leakage.

Bearing and balancing device

The upper part of the pump shaft is supported by double radial thrust ball bearings, the lower part of the pump shaft is supported by sliding bearings, the axial force of the pump is balanced by the balance drum or balance hole, the residual axial force is borne by the upper bearing. The upper bearings are lubricated with grease or thin oil, and the sliding bearings are lubricated by the conveying medium.
